All LOOKSEE products are digital downloads, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, accidental purchases, or if a product is no longer needed.
Customers based in New Zealand do not have the right to withdrawal from purchases following the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We will however provide a full refund in the scenarios listed below.
- No Change-of-Mind Refunds: Explicitly states that all digital sales are final because digital downloads cannot be returned. This is fully permissible under New Zealand law, which does not mandate a right of withdrawal for general retail.
- Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) Compliance: LOOKSEE Mockups will provide a fix (for minor faults) or a full refund (for major faults) if the digital product is corrupted, broken, or misdescribed.
